“This is the softening of the american population that’s been happening for decades. Not long after I was born, the plague started, parents trying to make their kids feel special, make their kids believe that they’re just as good at everything as everyone else. Let’s face it, some people just aren’t going to be as good at some things as others, and we need to teach our children to expound on their own strength rather than loathing those who are better at some things. Trying to force someone who is exceptional at something out of his or her element to make the average feel better smacks of socialism.”
