Sam Raimi, who is best known as the director of the ‘Spider-Man’ franchise, is set to take video game ‘World of Warcraft’ to the big screen.
Blizzard Entertainment and Legendary Pictures say Sam Raimi has signed on to direct ‘Warcraft’, a live-action film based on the popular game which features trolls, orcs, humans and dwarves.
In fact, the game is so popular that it holds the record as the most popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game of all time.
