The Mr. and I head down to the mall to get my ring removed after my hands swelled to corpse-like proportions.
Perhaps my wussy attitude toward ring removal does not bode well for childbirth. I always thought I had a high pain tolerance, but this is not a rugged display.

The network’s entertainment chairman Peter Rice said he intends to find a replacement for Paula Abdul before live “American Idol” episodes begin airing next year. When Abdul abruptly announced she was quitting the show earlier this week, many assumed the network would revert to using three judges.

“I have a sort of strange (well I don’t know if it’s strange) problem. I can’t just sit down and listen to music. I HAVE to be doing something else, doing some work, playing a game, etc. I try to listen to music but eventually my eyes just get bored and can’t really focus on the music. I just want to know how people can just listen, I find it really hard....
